We have provided below a price guide to help out clients build an indication for their flooring restoration services needs.
Sanding only: 3 stage process	from £12.00 per m2
Sanding and 3 coats of clear lacquer	from £15.00 per m2
Extra coat of lacquer, hardwax, oil or stain	£4.00 per m2
Upgrade to high performance (High traffic) lacquer	£2.00 per m2 per coat
Sanding and 2 coats of clear/coloured hard wax oil	from £18.00 per m2
Staining- samples provided on a sanded surface	£4.00 per m2 per coat
Gap filling 1	£4.00 per m2
Overall Gap Filling with a Resin & Saw Dust – for gaps up to 5 mm wide
Gap filling 2 – reclaimed pine slivers	£10.00 per m2
Strip gap filling (for gaps over 5 mm) includes as well overall saw dust & resin filling
Cosmetic gap filling	£2.00 per m2 (filling small cracks, old cuts and nail holes etc.)
Firebase re-stitch / concrete hearth removal	between £180 – £250 (depending on size and type)
Reclaimed pine floorboards changed	from £18.00 per linear metre
Stairs: strip, sand and seal	from £37.00  per step (depending on condition and layers of paint)
Firebase re-stitch / concrete hearth removal	between £150 – £250 (depending on size and type)
Carpet removal (not disposal )	£20.00 per room
Furniture move	£30.00 per room  per direction
Additional labour	f £35.00 per hour ( restoration and repairs etc.)
Maintaining services:
Clean, buff and one coat of lacquer, hardwax or oil	from £6.00 per m2
Clean, buff and two coats of lacquer, hardwax or oil	from £9.00 per m2
Our minimal charge	£350.00
All Prices including labour and materials.
No VAT will be charged.
Payment due on day of completion job. For large jobs we will ask for a deposit as a part-payment.
Cash or bank transfer only.
Our services are fully insured.
